Abstract：With the establishment of modern enterprise system and its huge benefits , the establishment of a modern enterprise has become the only way for coal enterprise to make sustainable development.Only impro-ving the current coal enterprise safety education, constantly strengthening staff training, and improving the o-verall safety of the workers quality, can we ensure the competitive advantage of enterprise itself, and keep an impregnable position in the market competition.As a result,the coal enterprise safety education is an effec -tive way to enhance their awareness of the importance of enterprise staff safety , and it is a main method of improving the quality of company worker safety , and it is also the important guarantee to realize safety in pro-duction.
