Abstract：The occupational values are reflected in values , Mine rescue men are the professional team which process mine disasters such as mine fire , floods, gas and coal dust explosion , gas outburst and spit out.Mine rescue commanders’ decisions directly affect the effect of the rescue operation.In 218 commanders’ question-naires, authors summarize the characteristics of mine rescue commanders ’ occupational values , Found some problems which restrict the development of the mine rescue team , and provide scientific basis for mine rescue team construction.
