Study on surrounding rock control technology in fully mechanized mining face via wind oxidation zone

Abstract：Local areas of 39,017 mining face in third underground mine of Pingshuo is wind oxidation zone , which are security risks in mechanized caving face.In order to make the mechanized caving face pass through the wind oxidation zone safely and efficiently , following measures are taken: firstly grouting 39107 auxiliary operation lane in advance , secondly using an u -shaped tent to strengthen 39107 auxiliary lane;Thirdly strengthen the management of working conditions , such as raising setting load , top beam web and grouting in front of the bracket , etc.At present , the working face has passed the wind oxidized zone , ensured the safety in production , improved the coal recovery rate and the production efficiency.
