Abstract：The coal and coal -bed methane ( CBM) is a national scarce majors and has no mature talent cultivation model due to the short opening time and little school.The paper puts forward the personnel training mode taking in the coal and coa -lbed methane majors in the Heilongjiang institute of science and technology , from the teaching and experimental aspects of the talent training.It is reflected that the school attaches great importance to the practice and innovation in the cultivation of talents .
