Research on emergency rescue mechanism of coal and ga s outburst accident

Abstract：Taking the coal and gas outburst rescue of Daping Coal Mine at Zhengzhou as an example , analyzed the characteristics of coal and gas outburst , based on the characters of coal and gas outburst rescue , the rescue mechanism was divided into three parts as the emergency rescue command system ,emergency rescue organization and implementation system , and emergency res-cue technical support system.And based on safety information system , established the coal mine accident emergency rescue intel-ligent decision support system.
