Abstract：The university ideas of NCIST such as the guide thoughts for running university and the orientation of the university and education or training talents conceptions as well as the campus culture and the spirits are systematically described in this article .The school spirit ,teaching style and study style are refined furture ,which lays the solid ideological foundation for the construction of high level university.
