Abstract： This paper is taking “Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan” as background, introducing Engineering engi-neering ender graduate education and teaching mode of two foreign university that is University of Applied Sciences in Germany and Franklin.W.Olin College, summarizing advanced educational concepts of advanced engineering education philosophy , and proposed mining engineering major personnel training programs reform and innovation in North China Institute of Science and Technology, mainly including three aspects: First should Strengthen cooperation and exchanges with enterprise; secondly need define professional education theoretical system;finally Proposed mining spiritual education.
