Abstract： TFDS, which is Trouble of Moving Freight Car Detection System , mainly takes images of freight cars passing railway tracks with Computer Network Technology , Image Acquisition and Processing Technology and Automatic Control , so as to achieve the transformation from people detection to machine detection.The traditional TFDS scans the truck parts with area -scan camer-a, while TFDS-3 takes images with line-scan camera.The application of TFDS -3 improves train inspection work efficiency and reduces the labor intensity of train inspection operators.It also realizes non-stop train detection and provides an important guarantee for the vehicle safety precautions with the transformation mode from artificial outdoor hammer detection to indoor image analysis.
