Critical Thinking on Super vision of Mine Safety

Abstract： Abst ract:Based on the supervision tasks of mine safety ,this paper makes an analysis of recognization on mine safety supervision . From the perspective of ontology , supervision of mine safety has three properties:state administration, supervision in accordance with law and enterprise restraints.Seen from the aspect of social management , among the various goals, the logical starting point of mine safety supervision is safety of organizational behavior .From the view of accident causation theory , basic theories regard-ing guidance of mine safety supervision are supposed to include philosophy , administration science, public administration, law, behavioral science, safety science and engineering science .
