The formation and establishment of modern Consumer Protection Law in European Union
Abstract：There is a distinct difference between modem Consumer Protection Law in European Union and traditional Consumers" Rights and interests Protection Law in China. With the strengthening of the global awareness of consumer protection, States are attaching more importance to it. This article reveals the meaning of modem Consumer Protection Law in improving our traditional Consumers'Rights and interests Protection Law by analyzing the formation, development, concept and system of modem Consumer Protection Law in European Union and its dialectical relationship with Civil Law and Consumers" Rights and interests Protection Law.
