Research on the right of criminal action for mine safety
Abstract：The key of interaction of administrative law enforcement with criminal justice is establishing the right of criminal action for mine safety~ Through legal analysis and observation of the right of criminal action abroad, the author proposes to amend the Mine Safety Act, and conditionally given inspectors the right of criminal action for mine safety~ Currently, the Government may consider the enactment of substantive and procedural rules on interaction of administrative law enforcement with criminal justice.
