On risk control of China' s food safety from the perspective of US food safety administration
Abstract：Food safety administration in the United States has always been complimented throughout the world. Similar to the U- nited States, China~ food safety administration also takes the model of multi - sectoral division. Based on the US management ex- perience, China's food safety administration needs constant improvement and innovation in the following aspects: risk assessment, risk management, risk exchange and whole -process management.
