Arts and Key Technics of Installation Scraper Conveyor Trough in Fully Mechanical Working Face
Abstract：the main problems of installation scraper conveyor trough in the fully mechanical working face perhaps include the fol- lowings : the length of trough and working face not matching, the trough not level and straight, some spaces between troughs not up to the require etc. All of the above problems will induce installation time longer, error adjusting difficulties larger, run quality of scraper conveyor worse, and indeed the more worse problems such as block chain, break chain and skip chain will come forth. In order to assure the installation quality of scraper conveyor trough, the arts and technics of setting control line according to some length trough were adopted other than strictly follow the installation scraper conveyor trough' s arts. Finally, the installation quali- ty of trough was assured and realized the high quality and effect end in the most.
