Investigation and analysis on the network training of mine safety supervision
Abstract：Through the questionnaire on training effect, training mode and training needs of 2011 Mine safety supervision network training with students discussion, we analyze the existing problems and difficulties, training needs and training mode on mine safety supervision network training. Then discover some solutions. We must adhere to the students as the main body, take prob- lem as the direction, carry out various learning, improve systematic and pertinence of the training, optimize network training plat- form, explore training mode, strengthen training materials development and develop training examination outline. Finally we can effectively improve mine safety supervisors＇ professional ability and professional knowledge level and enhance their capacity of performing their duties.
