Simulation of transient process of an asynchronous motor
Abstract：The mathematical model of a three - phase asynchronous motor under synchronous speed reference frame is presented by using the theory of reference frame. Based on this mathematical model, a simulation model of an asynchronous motor is estab- lished by using MATLAB/SIMULINK in order to discuss its dynamic behaviors. The simulated results showed that the dynamic characteristics of asynchronous motors under different conditions can be purely by the simulation model. This can help us to more easily gain an insight into dynamic behaviors of asynchronous motors.
