Exploration of the Dongpang Coal Mine gas prevention and control flow management informatization
Abstract：This paper first introduces the process information management theory, then takes Dongpang Coal Mine gas prevention and control work as an example, based on the analysis of the current process of gas prevention and control, havkles the whole procedure, with the operational process as the center, to design gas management, break departmental barriers, subdivide man- agement responsibilities. To standardize the operation process, ensure the operation safety, strengthen collaboration among vari- ous departments, make process closely, improve work efficiency, and ultimately from the traditional management to the modern management of the leap.
