Design on motor＇ s power factor controller based on Single - chip Microcomputer
Abstract：By studying on the motor＇ s economical running conditions, the paper proposes the control proposal that the Single - chip Microcomputer 89C52 is the control heart, the motor＇ s power factor is tested in real time and the voltage of stator is adjusted according to the change of motor＇ s load. Though the proposal carried out,the power factor is improved and the electric energy is saved. Meanwhile the paper explained the controller＇ s software and hardware principles. Controlling the motor by using the proposal can monitor the motor in all domains, such as starting, over -load, power cut and not enough voltage, etc.
