Analysis on Training Professional Quality of Business Administration Talents
Abstract：First,this paper analyses the need of quality requirements of business administration professional talents in human resource market,student＇s quality and ability structure in commerce management professional is explained,expounds employing units＇ expectations for business administration professional students.Business management professional training strategy＇ path project is proposed,that is target localization with the profession characteristic,the goal for students meeting market demand,teaching means integration path with science.In the end,this paper expounds main measures of training strategy,which is strengthening the course construction,strengthening the teaching team construction,and strengthening the talent training mode innovation.
