Empirical Analysis of Effects of Safety Input in Coalmine
Abstract：Safety input includes active and passive safety input.Each of them has different function.Safety investment benefit is uncertain,indirect,posteriority,lagging,long lasting,complexity,pleiotropic character.From the working face and mining area on two dimensions empirical analysis of the effect of coal mine safety input.The results show that,coal mine safety input is to ensure mine safety production smoothly one of the key elements of.
