Abstract：By reviewing the development course of Yunnan earthquake emergency video conference system , from the perspective of system composition and construction ,this paper expounds the impetus of video in-terconnection technology in the process of earthquake emergency command and the actual combat effect in typical destructive earthquake emergency response work .Theresults show that distributed ,virtual and multi-network interconnection technology conforms to the application requirements of future earthquake e-mergency video conference system ,the development of cloud video technology can help improve the earth-quake emergency technology support ability .
