Abstract：With the method of 3-D panoramic walkthrough, the setting-up of the virtual seismic station has been achieved for Tianjin district.Herein we will introduce the technique principle, concrete routine and vivid experience of 3-D panoramic principle which we have encountered.Through our web publishing, every user can log in the web and look up the needed information of seismic station, such as the work environment and specialized instrumentation.Furthermore, by making use of the integration of 3-D panoramic walkthrough and GIS application, we not only develop the domain of earthquake disaster-reduction education and the positive effort of web interactive, but also provide a valuable technical reference to the application of 3-D panoramic walkthrough.
