A Systematic Study on Saucer-Like Wave Energy Converter
Abstract：Saucer-like wave energy converter is a new type of wave energy converter. It can collect the overtopping waves and convert the water pressure head into electric power through the hydro turbines installed in the vertical duct fixed on the sea bed. It has the advantages of high conversion efficiency, excellent adaptability and good stability. It is of great significance for further studies of saucer-like wave energy converter and for the economic development of outlying islands, the defense constructions and the seawater desalination.
