Abstract:To address the key challenges in the shipbuilding industry, such as the complexity and variety of ship structural components, low digitalization of production management, multiple types of equipment, and the reliance on paper-based information exchange for on-site manufacturing, this study proposes a foundational support and a service platform based on the shipbuilding Industrial Internet. This system incorporates the development of ship production management algorithms and models, remote operation and maintenance(O&M)of shipbuilding equipment, and evaluation algorithms and models of shipbuilding simulations.A service platform tailored to the characteristics of the shipbuilding industry is established, focusing on application scenarios such as ship production management, equipment O&M,and shipbuilding.Based on the Industrial Internet, the study constructs scheduling models and algorithms of ship production management, rapid equipment information access for communication and O&M analysis algorithms, and remote shipbuilding simulation analysis algorithms. The constructed system enables to solve intelligent ship production scheduling constrained by production resources and processes, with objectives of maximizing equipment utilization and minimizing production time.Integrating remote monitoring of equipment information with the distribution of O&M information, the simulation-based verification and optimization of shipbuilding processes are conducted.Compared to traditional manual scheduling in shipbuilding, the proposed method achieves an efficiency improvement of over 50%,with remote monitoring coverage of equipment states and O&M information reaching 80%.
