A Research of Emergency Plan System in the Waterworks Production Based on Process Management

Abstract：To guarantee the efficient operation of the waterworks production, based on the process manage-ment theory, an emergency plan system in the waterworks production is established. The whole process nodes are reviewed to highlight the key failure modes, and different programs are respectively made up from two aspects of accident prevention and incident handling because of the different performance of the relevant nodes, which can help to discover and prevent the potential faults early and handle the accident reasonably and rapidly. By a case study in a waterworks production, the structure and mode are finally val-idated, and the research results provide a new methodology to establish the emergency plan system in the waterworks production.
