A Study of Human Factor Error-proofing in Truck Refrigerant Filling Process Based on ACT-R Model
Abstract:To effectively design human factor error-proofing, ACT-R model is used to analyze the human errors in operation behavior. The human cognitive behavior in the truck refrigerant filling process is mod-eled by ACT-R, and simulated by applying CogTool software. The main human errors are the air-condi-tioning type mismatching with the truck type and pipeline identification error. The effectiveness of analy-zing human errors by ACT-R model is verified. Combining with the ideas of human factor error-proofing design, such as eliminate, combine, rearrange, simplify and decrease, the human factor error-proofing is designed in the truck refrigerant filling process. The feasibility and effectiveness of this error-proofing de-sign are illustrated by the feedback evaluation of the enterprise.
