Method of Cold Chain Production Site Decision-making Based on Grey Entropy

Abstract：To improve the management level and operational efficiency of the fruit and vegetable cold chain enterprises , the decision evaluation infrastructure of the cold chain production site is established , and the quantitative criteria for each evaluation index is given .The grey entropy comprehensive evaluation model of cold chain production is established on this basis by using the principle of entropy and grey correlation a -nalysis method .The application of a cold chain distribution center site evaluation is illustrated as an exam-ple , and the results shows that evaluation and decision making of cold chain distribution center production site is able to obtain an approving evaluation results .
