Abstract：In view of the difficulty to assess enterprise qualification and pledge for chattel mortgage in the industrial park because of the dynamic characteristics of pledges being of a great variety and frequently go-ing in and out of warehouse, and through analyzing the different strategies of chattel mortgage business risk management on uniform credit-financial logistics enterprises and banks, an ANP enterprise qualification e-valuation model of a dual-factor index system is constructed and a dynamic pledge model based on mark-ing-to-market strategy built.And then by a case application, the validity of the models is verified.This re-search provides some guidance for the industrial park of financial logistics enterprises to carry out the chat-tel mortgage well.
