A Research on Coal Supply Chain Model Based on SCOR

Abstract：In order to facilitate coal enterprises shifting from functional management to process manage-ment, and to enhance the efficiency and level of coal supply chain management, a coal supply chain oper-ation reference( SCOR) model is set up with the coal producer as a focal enterprise.The first layer of the model sets up process types including plan, source, making, delivery and return.The second layer of the model sets up detailed process categories including planning, executing and enabling of each process.The information flow of the coal supply chain is clearly described by this model.Moreover, this model lays a good foundation for the coal supply chain to integrate information, and restructure and optimize business processes.
