A Disruption Management Research of Garbage Collection and Transportation Vehicles

Abstract：To solve the vehicle failure problem in municipal domestic waste collection and transportation , a method of identifying disruption and measuring the disturbance caused by the initial plan deviation is put forward based on the disruption management theory .A garbage collector and vehicle disruption manage-ment schedule is established aiming at minimizing the deviation with the original plan .In the end , through the comparison of the experimental results with the schedule , the effectiveness and superiority of the model and algorithm are proved .
