Abstract：In order to overcome the lack of systematic extraction of the influencing factors of product quali-ty crisis, effectively enhance the prevention capacity of quality crisis , by using element analysis , the prod-ucts quality crisis affecting factors were systematically finished by different scholars in different perspec -tives;based on the combining of element analysis results and category grid technology form the formal questionnaire of influencing factors;based on questionnaire and getting data , remove the factors with lower recognition level, use SPSS18.0 to conduct exploratory factor analysis , obtained 6 aspects,27 quality crisis influencing factors;identified 6 key affecting factors by using set-valued statistical method , provide a refer-ence for enterprises to prevent and reduce quality crisis .
