Abstract:Traditional credit evaluation methods only evaluate the credit of the supervision engineers from the perspective of a single subject .It will lead to perceptual deviation in low concerned criteria because the supervision engineers exist in the social network formed by many stakeholders whose preferences are differ -ent.In order to solve this problem , stakeholders′preferences are used to build different credit evaluation index set which overlap among various stakeholders , using fuzzy soft sets theory to evaluate the credit of su-pervision engineers .The model converts the evaluation value using the fuzzy soft set , and aggregates the e-valuating information for obtaining the final value .It makes full use of stakeholders′knowledge and experi-ence , and reflects the uncertainty and incompleteness of the information in the assessment process .Final-ly, a numerical example indicates that the model fully expresses stakeholders′preferences and avoids per-ceptual deviation caused by the stakeholders′various attention , which stimulates the supervision engineers to practice faithfully .
