A Research of Feeder Efficiency Improvement Based on the Theory of TRIZ

Abstract：A technique combining the TRIZ theory with industrial engineering-related ways is put forward to improve feeder efficiency .Through a causal analysis , value engineering and ECRS methods can improve efficiency of feeder , but they also encounter bottleneck .Combining the theory of TRIZ several solutions are put forward , and TOPSIS method is adopted for their preferential selection scheme .By implementing the scheme , no-value operation time and the production cost are both reduced , and the working efficiency im-proved .Results show that the technique combining the TRIZ theory with the relevant ways to improve can effectively solve the feeder contradictory problems in the optimization process , and the method can provide reference for enhancing the on-site improvement effect .
