A Research on Closed Valve Cover Production Process Quality Control

Abstract：Observing the quality problems in a closed valve cover enterprise , quality control theory and methods are used to improve the quality of closed valve cover .First, a praetor diagram method is used to analyze the product quality problems;and then , using measurement system analysis , process capability a-nalysis is made to find the key factors;using a fishbone diagram , a linear regression analysis is made to de-sign the improvement scheme;using Minitab software , data is analyzed .Finally , improved improved im-provedtithe project is successfully implemented , whose result shows that failure rate is reduced largely , and the process capability improved from 0.54 to 1.22.
