Abstract：This paper applies DEA method in the petroleum enterprise management. DEA method with preference can reflect decision-maker’s preference for adjustments of input or output levels. The paper uses it to evaluate petroleum enterprises, and gives the satisfactory projection point by suitable weights, which can provide acceptable target to the manager.
