Abstract：The necessity to perform network Supply Chain Management is depicted as far as transforming a traditional business into e-Enterprise is concerned. Business Process Reengineering structure is put forward at both macroscopical and microcosmic levels. The function scope of ERP and its implementation technology are discussed. The trade platform to development B2B e-commerce and the key factor to develop B2C e-commerce for a traditional business are analyzed.
