Abstract：Personnel work quota is basal work in enterprise management.This paper studies the restriction grade of all factors in labor quantity and researches on the scheme of enterprise human resource through the combination of labor management and math ematical model and the usage of poisson distribution,blur gather theory,function model,etc.to further improve the labor productivity.
