Abstract:In contemporary society, issues related to body weight management among female college students are becoming increasingly severe.Abnormal body weight in this population is influenced by congenital factors, acquired unhealthy lifestyle habits, and physiological characteristics.Furthermore, this group commonly harbors misconceptions regarding cognitive perceptions, dietary control, exercise methods, daily habits, and medication use.To align with the strategic requirements of the"Healthy China 2030"initiative and promote the health status of female college students, this paper focuses on health education interventions. It proposes collaborative efforts from five aspects:the individual, family, peers, university, and society.Individuals should correct cognitive biases, regulate behaviors, and adjust psychological states.Families should es-tablish healthy concepts and provide emotional support.Peer groups can promote healthy role models and establish mutual support groups.Universities need to offer relevant courses and foster a positive atmosphere.Society can improve the medi-cal service support system, strengthen publicity and regulation, and promote the optimization of services in the healthy product industry.
