Abstract:Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)is a chronic liver disease caused by persistent hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection, with dis-ease progression leading to liver fibrosis.During the progression from HBV infection to liver fibrosis in CHB patients,persis-tent inflammatory stimulation results in excessive deposition of extracellular matrix in the liver accompanied by abnormal pro-liferation of fibrous tissue. These patients present complex conditions requiring long-term systematic treatment and follow-up management.High outpatient volumes, variable compliance, and diverse nursing needs pose considerable challenges to nursing quality for CHB-related liver fibrosis outpatients.Currently, factors influencing nursing quality and specific nursing strategies remain unclear. This review analyzes the disease characteristics of CHB-related liver fibrosis outpatients, examines factors af-fecting nursing quality, and summarizes existing nursing models and their limitations, aiming to provide theoretical and practi-cal references for optimizing nursing programs and raising nursing quality.
