Abstract:Objective To investigate the current status of social alienation among lymphoma survivors and analyze its influencing factors, with the aim of providing evidence for clinical prevention and management. Methods Using a cluster random sampling method,a total of 150 lymphoma survivors who received treatment in the Department of Hematology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University between July 2020 and February 2024 were selected as study participants. All partici-pants completed a General Information Questionnaire, the General Alienation Scale(GAS),the Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),and the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS).Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the relationships be-tween social alienation,self-perceived burden, and social support.Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to explore the factors influencing social alienation among lymphoma survivors. Results The total GAS score among the 150 lymphoma survivors was(42.45±1.69).Scores for the subdimensions were as follows:interpersonal alienation(14.85±0.44),distrust(10.44±0.38),self-alienation(9.11±0.36),and sense of meaninglessness(8.05±0.31).The total SPBS and PSSS scores were(28.44±1.17)and(50.58±2.87),respectively.Pearson correlation analysis showed that GAS subscale and total scores were positively correlated with SPBS scores(P<0.05)and negatively correlated with PSSS scores(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that education level, monthly household income, disease stage, time since remission,SPBS score, and PSSS score were all significant factors influencing social alienation among lymphoma survivors(P<0.05),accounting for 59.81%of the total variance. Conclusion Lymphoma survivors experience a moderate level of social alienation, which is influ-enced by multiple factors.Clinical healthcare providers should pay close attention to patients' experiences of social alienation and implement targeted interventions based on these influencing factors to reduce its impact.
