Abstract：Amid accelerating population aging and shifting disease patterns,societal demand for hospice care services is projec-ted to rise substantially.This study systematically analyzes current hospice care needs at the primary care level and reviews re-search progress on advancing primary-level hospice care in China and globally under the Integrated Medical Consortium(IMC)model.Against the backdrop of China's nationwide IMC implementation,it explores challenges and dilemmas in developing primary-level hospice care and proposes targeted recommendations and strategies.Additionally,it outlines future directions to provide a reference for further deepening the practice and application of the IMC model in the field of primary hospice care serv-ices.
