Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of naloxone combined with vitamin B6 and vitamin C in the symptomatic treatment of acute alcohol intoxication. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 60 patients with acute alcohol intoxication admitted to Pujiang People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2023.According to the treatment regimen, the patients were allocated to a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine comprehensive treatment combined with naloxone, while the observation group received naloxone in addition to water-soluble vitamin therapy. The clinical outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results At 3 and 12 hours post-treatment,the breath alcohol concentration(BrAC)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the time to clinical outcome was shorter in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 hours post-treatment,the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;at 12 hours post-treatment,the levels of cardiac troponin I(cTnI),aspartate aminotrans-ferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),creatine kinase(CK),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),and β-endorphin(β-EP)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups was comparable, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Naloxone combined with vitamin B6 and vitamin C in the symptomatic treatment of acute alcohol intoxication yields favorable results, with rapid time to clinical outcome and an ideal prognosis, holding promise for application.
