Abstract:Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of suspended moxibustion based on the"conducting fire back to its or-igin"method in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcers combined with deficiency-fire flaming up.Methods A total of 120 patients experiencing recurrent aphthous ulcers combined with deficiency-fire flaming up who were diagnosed and treated at the Liangcheng Xincun Subdistrict Community Health Service Center from June 2021 to March 2023 were selected and randomly allocated,by a random number table,to a control group and an observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Kangfuxin solution combined with vitamin B,while the observation group received addi-tional suspended moxibustion therapy based on the"conducting fire back to its origin"method on top of the control group's regimen. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment, all traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was high-er than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with recur-rent aphthous ulcers combined with deficiency-fire flaming up,suspended moxibustion therapy using the"conducting fire back to its origin"method showed good efficacy, helped reduce the risk of recurrence, and was well accepted by patients, demonstrating high clinical research value.
