Clinical experience with treating an elderly type 2 diabetes patient with severe complications

Abstract：This article reports on a single case of an elderly patient with type 2 diabetes who experienced severe cardiovascular events and hyperkalemia.Through intensified glucose-lowering treatment,effective and safe blood glucose management was achieved.This case explores whether intensified glucose-lowering therapy under safe conditions can benefit elderly diabetic patients.
