Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of feedforward control intervention combined with multidisciplinary team collaboration nursing in the periprocedural period of interventional treatment for acute cerebral infarction(ACI),ai-ming to optimize periprocedural management and strengthen nursing quality, and to provide a more scientific and effective nursing plan for ACI patients. Methods A total of 206 ACI patients who underwent vascular interventional surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from July 2020 to August 2022 were selected and assigned to a control group and an observation group, with 103 cases in each group. The control group received routine periprocedural nursing, while the observation group received feedforward control intervention combined with multidisciplinary team collaboration nursing based on the control group. The degree of satisfaction with nursing,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale(FMA)score,Barthel Index(BI)score of Activities of Dai-ly Living,Quality of Life Inventory(GQOLI-74)score,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention,no significant difference was noted in the NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05);the NIHSS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the FMA and BI scores were significantly higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The scores of physical function, psychological function, and social function in the GQOLI-74 questionnaire of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the con-trol group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group[18.44%(19/103)vs.33.01%(34/103);X2=5.716,P=0.017].The scores of degree of satisfaction with nurs-ing for medication guidance, basic nursing, treatment nursing, and psychological nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Feedforward control intervention combined with multidisciplinary team collaboration nursing can effectively promote the degree of satisfaction with nursing of ACI patients, ameliorate their neurologi-cal and motor functions, and reduce the risk of complications.
