Abstract:Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of psychological resilience in young lymphoma patients, establish a structural equation model of the influencing factors of psychological resilience, and analyze the mediating variables affect-ing psychological resilience and the path relationships between the various influencing factors. Methods Young lymphoma patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University from February 2021 to February 2023 were sclccted as the study participants.A general information questionnaire, the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ),and the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used to survey the patients, analyze their psychological resilience status and influencing factors, and establish the relationship model among psychological resilience and medical coping modes, anxiety and depression, and social support. Results A total of 120 questionnaires were distributed, with 116 valid questionnaires returned, resulting in an effective response rate of 96.67%.The 116 patients had a resilience score of 27.84±5.34 for the tenacity subscale,18.80±3.53 for the strength subscale,5.51±2.79 for the optimism subscale, and a total psychological resilience score of 55.15±6.84.The total psychological resilience score of the patients was negatively correlated with anxiety, depression, avoidance, and submission scores(r=-0.674,-0.386,-0.203,-0.695;P<0.05)and positively correlated with confrontation, objective support, subjective support, support utilization, and the total SSRS score(r=0.703,0.310,0.313,0.294,0.485;P<0.05).The monthly per capita family income and anxiety,confronta-tion,submission,and SSRS scores were influencing factors for the patients'CD-RISC scores(R2=0.809,adjusted R2=0.793,F=49.979,P<0.001).The structural equation model showed that the direct predictive effect of SSRS on CD-RISC in young lym-phoma patients was not significant.Negative emotions and coping styles played a complete mediating role between the patients'SSRS and CD-RISC and also had a chain mediating effect. Conclusion The level of psychological resilience in young lymphoma pa-ticnts remains low and is affected by the monthly per capita family income and anxiety, confrontation, submission, and SSRS scores.Clinically, effective measures should be taken to provide social support for patients, guide them to scientifically manage neg-ative emotions, and adopt positive coping strategies to stregthen their psychological resilience.
