Abstract:Objective To explore the psychological resilience and related influencing factors in patients with post-traumatic in-fectious bone defects. Methods A total of 282 patients with post-traumatic infectious bone defects admitted to the second affiliated hospial of air force medical university from February 2021 to March 2024 were included in the study.Psychological resilience was assessed using the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC).Based on the average score of the Chinese CD-RISC norm, the 282 patients were assigned to a high psychological resilience group(CD-RISC>65 points,n=113)and a low psychological resilience group(CD-RISC<65 points,n=1 69).The psychological resilience status of patients with post-traumatic infectious bone defects was analyzed, and multivariate logistic regression was used to explore the influencing factors of psychological resilience in these patients. Results The total CD-RISC score of the 282 patients was 56.11±13.32,with scores of 28.05±8.73 for the toughness subscale,19.47±5.02 for the strength subscale, and 8.59±2.76 for the optimism subscale.Mult-ivariate logistic regression analysis showed disease duration of 10 months or above(OR=2.136),annual family income<60 000 CNY(OR=2.552),self-payment of medical expenses(OR=2.280),number of surgeries≥2(OR=2.875),and injury site be-ing the spine(OR=3.540)were influencing factors of psychological resilience in patients with post-traumatic infectious bone defects(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological resilience of patients with post-traumatic infectious bone defects remains at a medium to low level and is primarily influenced by disease duration, annual family income, medical payment method, number of surgeries, and injury site.Clinically, personalized comprehensive treatment plans should be developed, focusing not only on patients'physical rehabilitation but also on psychological care.Through various interventions, medical institu-tions should help patients to strengthen their psychological resilience and promote overall recovery.
