Abstract:Objective This study aimed to explore the effect of health education in children with vacuum blood sampling to provide evidence for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 100 children who underwent vacuum blood sampling in the 940th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force of Chinese People's Liberation Army from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the participants. They were randomly allocated to the control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The children in the control group were given routine vacuum blood sampling nursing;the children in the obser-vation group, health education based on the control group. The cooperation of blood collection and the mood state of the two groups in the face of vacuum blood collection were observed.Additionally, the occurrence of fainting during and after blood collection in the two groups was detected. After blood collection, the degree of satisfaction of childrens families was investi-gated.Results The cooperation rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of negative moods in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of fainting in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education in children with vacuum blood sampling is effective in improving the cooperation rate, ameliorating negative moods, reducing the incidence of fainting, and raising the degree of satisfaction of family members of these children, justifying a wider clinical application.
