Research progress on different modes of care for patients with postherpetic neuralgia

Abstract:Postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)is a common and complex complication,and the long-term pain caused by PHN can severely impact patients'quality of life.Nursing models,as an effective adjunctive intervention,are increasingly being applied in the treatment of PHN patients.This article reviewed the research progress of pain management pathways,the'four-in-one'nursing model,multidimensional collaborative nursing models,and other related approaches in the nursing care of PHN,aiming to provide a scientific basis and clinical reference for further improving the nursing management of PHN patients.
