Nursing care of a multiple myeloma patient with cytokine release syndrome after CAR-T treatment with DPMAS

Abstract：The article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with multiple myeloma who developed cytokine release syndrome after chimeric antigen receptor T cells(CAR-T)treatment with duble plasma molecular adsorption system(DPMAS).Key nursing points include anticoagulation management during DPMAS treatment,patient condition monitoring and instrument operation management during DPMAS treatment,nursing of temporary hemodialysis catheters,prevention and management of related complications during DPMAS treatment,and psychological care for the patient.After careful treatment and care,the patient recovered well and was transferred to a general ward for further treatment.
