Surgical nursing of ECMO treatment of sudden cardiogenic shock during off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting

Abstract:This article summarized the surgical nursing experience of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)treatment in 5 cases of sudden cardiac shock after off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting.Before surgery,nurses should visit patients to understand the patient's condition,surgical preparation status,and contingency plan,while ensuring sufficient preparation of supplies and surgical room;During surgery,exquisite nursing techniques,skilled surgical coordination,and ECMO care(including posture and skin care,temperature management,autologous blood recovery technology,establishment of ECMO pipelines,operation of hosts,monitoring of pipeline blood flow,and precise volume management)are essential.After surgery,safe transportation,pipeline protection,and detailed patient handover are important guarantees for the success of the surgery.
